New Water Connection (Standard Connection)
If you're looking to install a new water connection to your property, the process involves two stages:
Stage 1: Scoping Exercise and Assessment Report. This stage includes evaluating the requirements and preparing a detailed assessment report.
Stage 2: Installation of New Water Connection. Once the assessment is complete, the installation of the new water connection will take place.

Requirements
1. Complete the Enquiry form CR2A
Download the form here and fill it out with the necessary information.
2. Pay the non-refundable assessment fee
A fee of $149.50 is required before the engineering assessment begins.
Supporting Documents Needed:
a. Certified Site Map
b. Photo ID (Passport Bio or Drivers License)
An assessment report will be generated and sent to the applicant, outlining the available options for installation. If the applicant wishes to proceed, they can move on to Stage 2.

Requirements
1. Complete the Declaration Form CR2B

2. Pay the installation fee
A fee of $701.50 is required, which covers labor and materials (excluding machinery and permit costs). Payment must be made before the installation can be scheduled.
