How to apply for new a water connection?
Please bring a copy of your section land title to our office, valid ID and our customer service team will help you with your application and provide a quote for your water connection. Alternatively you can download and print the application form here New Water Connection Form email us a copy to support@totatouvai.co.ck and we will process your application and reply back when completed
Fault on my property: I have a leak, broken pipe, blocked drain or other plumbing problem?
If the fault is within your property please contact a plumber to attend to any issues on your property.
Fault on the road: How do I report a leak, burst pipe or flooding?

Is my water safe to drink?
No, currently Rarotonga’s public water isn’t disinfected, we highly recommend that water is boiled before consumption or for any food preparation
Where does drinking water come from?
Our source water comes from a total of 10 stream intakes and water treatment plants up in the valleys of Rarotonga. These are Avana, Avatiu, Matavera, Ngatoe, Papua, Taipara, Takuvaine, Totokoitu, Tupapa and Turangi.
Who is responsible for my water pipes?
As mentioned in point 2 above, all pipes located outside your property is the responsibility of TTV. Inside your property boundaries, inclusive of any pipe running to the connection point on a mains supply are the responsibility of the owner.
