CONSERVE WATER

Despite recent rain, this hasn’t replenished our catchment streams and groundwater. Intake streams that feed into the water network are at low levels and there is ongoing high-water usage on the island. Areas inland off the back road and on elevated locations may be affected and experience low water pressure. We encourage everybody to please reduce your water usage. Every little bit helps.

Please do not water gardens and lawns everyday

Please water plantations between 6am – 10am and 6pm – 10pm

Repair faulty taps and leaks at home, in plantations and workplaces

No filling up of new or existing pools, ponds or watering hard surfaces

Do not run livestock water continuously

No Car Washes and house washing

Report any leaks on the road to TTV
